In the 8th minute, Simon Hunfredo made a precise shot to the right of Leo Chico. Luganofootball's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Teodosio Elija fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leo Chico having to interfere. In the 21st minute, Simon Hunfredo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Leo Chico showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teodosio Elija, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. 27 minutes into the match, Luganofootball's goal looked a bit too open when Teodosio Elija came free, but Leo Chico reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Teodosio Elija struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Leo Chico didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for estudiantes de la plata. Venancio Leobardo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Venancio Leobardo came up free with the goalie in the 49th minute, the Luganofootball fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Venancio Leobardo couldn't finish the play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Venancio Leobardo made a kick off. After having played for 55 minutes, Teobaldo Rolado managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Luganofootball's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teobaldo Rolado was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Teobaldo Rolado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Evaristo Reno kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Venancio Leobardo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victoriano Maore having to interfere. If Teodosio Elija had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Teobaldo Rolado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. estudiantes de la plata's Victoriano Maore played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Venancio Leobardo in the 81st minute of play. Victoriano Maore came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Luganofootball's Venancio Leobardo. But to his dismay, Venancio Leobardo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. If Venancio Leobardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 94 minutes into the match, estudiantes de la plata's goal looked a bit too open when Venancio Leobardo came free, but Victoriano Maore reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Evaristo Reno charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Evaristo Reno the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to estudiantes de la plata getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Evaristo Reno hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Venancio Leobardo in the 96th minute of play forced estudiantes de la plata's goalkeeper Victoriano Maore to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Venancio Leobardo took the ball and in the 99 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Victoriano Maore. Victoriano Maore dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-1. Luganofootball walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
