In the 7th minute the ball was on its way in behind Flora's goalkeeper Ulises Cedro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Armando Rexino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abelardo Marin in the 12th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 17 minutes, Ulises Cedro successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Isidro Hanot fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ulises Cedro having to interfere. In the 21st minute, Vladimiro Cordera made a precise shot to the right of Ulises Cedro. Flora's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Armando Rexino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Norberto Rutenio, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Ulises Cedro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vladimiro Cordera's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. Isidro Hanot sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Vladimiro Cordera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Flora's Ulises Cedro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isidro Hanot in the 65th minute of play. There was no doubt that Aldosivi were the better team. Aldosivi's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
