The goalkeeper, Simon Jon, was totally fooled by Lafontaine FC's Claudio Ixidor, who 66 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. When Blas Gonzalez came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the all-boys fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Blas Gonzalez couldn't finish the play. After 76 minutes, Claudio Ixidor mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lafontaine FC and the all-boys players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Lafontaine FC getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Claudio Ixidor hit a great ball. Guaberto Pietro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Romulo Isadore read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. Claudio Ixidor missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 85 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Simon Jon right hand side. Jacobo Salvator sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Simon Jon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Kinsen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The all-boys supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Lafontaine FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Lafontaine FC.
