Spectators: 6676 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1676, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. After a defensive mix-up in Deportivo Gambeta's zone, Benjamin Jurdan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edelmiro Acevedo came out of the goal and Benjamin Jurdan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Benjamin Jurdan in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edelmiro Acevedo saved Deportivo Gambeta from getting behind. In the 91st minute Benedicto Eufemio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edelmiro Acevedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
