Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Guido Atarratze took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matias George in the 5th minute of play forced Arroyito 's goalkeeper Justino Chago to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Guaberto Kimetz received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Cecilio Olentzaro came out and tried to block the shot, but Guaberto Kimetz slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 7th minute. In the 11th minute, Amador Gorri fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Cecilio Olentzaro, passed just outside the right post. Guido Atarratze was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 14th minute. Arroyito 's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Justino Chago showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anastasio Nazario in the 17th minute of the match. Justino Chago made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anastasio Nazario in the 19th minute of play. Ubaldo Orlanda kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Arroyito 's Guido Atarratze got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Guido Atarratze had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cecilio Olentzaro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amador Gorri in the 28th minute of the match. Cecilio Olentzaro made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Guido Atarratze sent off a good shot on target. Albino Ferrer lost his temper 34 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Albino Ferrer kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. It was beautiful to see Talleres's Ubaldo Orlanda in action when he in the 36th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Justino Chago took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcelo Argenis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matias George in the 44th minute of play forced Arroyito 's goalkeeper Justino Chago to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Anastasio Nazario stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anastasio Nazario in the 52nd minute of play forced Arroyito 's goalkeeper Justino Chago to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Guaberto Kimetz struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Cecilio Olentzaro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Arroyito . Guido Atarratze hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. 64 minutes into the match, Arroyito 's goal looked a bit too open when Anastasio Nazario came free, but Justino Chago reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Matias George got free with Justino Chago in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 67th minute Anastasio Nazario shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Justino Chago saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 68th match minute, Arroyito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaston Tallia to maneuver through the defense. Ubaldo Orlanda's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Justino Chago read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sergio Nuxila got free with Justino Chago in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Justino Chago took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anastasio Nazario, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Arroyito getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Gaston Tallia hit a great ball. Arroyito 's Justino Chago played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anastasio Nazario in the 81st minute of play. In the 85th minute Anastasio Nazario shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Justino Chago saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Justino Chago was out of position in the 86 minute of play, and Matias George capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Matias George really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. Thanks to some nice moves Matias George could shoot a difficult shot in the 91st minute, which Justino Chago however easily saved by the left post. Arroyito 's defense didn't have a chance, in the 95th minute, when Anastasio Nazario scored to the left of an out of position Justino Chago, making the score, 1-2. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Talleres eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
