After 7 played minutes DOCE MONOS got a freekick which was hit by Norberto Ler. With a little luck, DOCE MONOS's Eustaquio Jerardo got control of the ball when Geronimo Ofelio tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Serafino Lobo in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eustaquio Jerardo saved DOCE MONOS from getting behind. Serafino Lobo struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Eustaquio Jerardo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Sportivo Maipú. Geronimo Ofelio made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 22ndth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Eustaquio Jerardo would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. Club Sportivo Maipú's Serafino Lobo got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Serafino Lobo in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eustaquio Jerardo saved DOCE MONOS from getting behind. If Arnaldo Fernandes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 29th match minute, Club Sportivo Maipú was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Freddy Fertus to maneuver through the defense. After 31 minutes, Freddy Fertus mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Club Sportivo Maipú and the DOCE MONOS players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Club Sportivo Maipú's Freddy Fertus got a free kick in the 31st minute. Fausto Haitz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnaldo Fernandes, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. After 38 minutes, Cipriano Txurio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the DOCE MONOS and the Club Sportivo Maipú players grew even worse after the yellow card. Club Sportivo Maipú's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Baldomiro Chinto in the 40th minute. Fausto Haitz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elpidio Millano, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Arnaldo Fernandes to strike the kick off in the second half. After having played for 55 minutes, Serafino Lobo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Sportivo Maipú's supporters crossed their fingers, but Serafino Lobo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 58 minutes into the match, Serafino Lobo notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of DOCE MONOS's Eustaquio Jerardo. Eustaquio Jerardo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 60 played minutes Club Sportivo Maipú got a freekick which was hit by Geronimo Ofelio. After a rather tough play, Club Sportivo Maipú's Jonas Ereinotz got a free kick in the 65th minute. A collision led to DOCE MONOS getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Miguel Elorri hit a great ball. Eustaquio Jerardo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Geronimo Ofelio, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. After a rather tough play, DOCE MONOS's Cipriano Txurio got a free kick in the 73rd minute. In the 74th minute of the match Baldomiro Chinto sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eustaquio Jerardo skillfully saved the ball. Eustaquio Jerardo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Serafino Lobo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Geronimo Ofelio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Eustaquio Jerardo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 80 minutes into the game, Silverio Martinez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Sportivo Maipú's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave DOCE MONOS the free kick. If Serafino Lobo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eustaquio Jerardo came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Club Sportivo Maipú's Serafino Lobo. But to his dismay, Serafino Lobo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Geronimo Ofelio in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eustaquio Jerardo saved DOCE MONOS from getting behind. In the 94th minute, Jonas Ereinotz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Club Sportivo Maipú walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
