The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amadeo Rivas in the 4th minute of play forced Racing Posadeño F.C.'s goalkeeper Nestor Constancio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 6th minute Gavilán were awarded a corner. Virgilio Kinsen went to the cornerflag to take it. After 6 played minutes Gavilán got a freekick which was hit by Justino Totakoxe. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Valentin Beat in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nicolas Darien saved Gavilán from getting behind. Amadeo Rivas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Nestor Constancio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gavilán's Ladislao Giro got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nicolas Darien made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Flavio Victoro in the 21st minute of play. Nicolas Darien showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Flavio Victoro in the 23rd minute of the match. Valentin Beat scored 1-2 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nicolas Darien, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 35th minute, Amadeo Rivas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Valentin Beat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Amadeo Rivas charged in rather forcefully in the 39th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Amadeo Rivas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 39th match minute, Gavilán was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amadeo Rivas to maneuver through the defense. When Valentin Beat came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Racing Posadeño F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Valentin Beat couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Gavilán's zone, Flavio Victoro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nicolas Darien came out of the goal and Flavio Victoro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Amadeo Rivas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 56th minute, Justino Totakoxe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Justino Totakoxe charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Justino Totakoxe the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The goalkeeper, Nicolas Darien, was totally fooled by Racing Posadeño F.C.'s Delmar Pio, who 67 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. An unexpected shot in the 71st minute by Valentin Beat got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Racing Posadeño F.C.'s attack was well implemented in the 71st minute, but when Flavio Victoro was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. A collision led to Racing Posadeño F.C. getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Damaso Burni hit a great ball. In the 85th minute Flavio Victoro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicolas Darien saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Valentin Beat let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 86th minute shot 1-4 at rihgt post. Flavio Victoro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Valentin Beat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 95 minutes into the match, Gavilán's goal looked a bit too open when Flavio Victoro came free, but Nicolas Darien reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Flavio Victoro in the 98th minute of play forced Gavilán's goalkeeper Nicolas Darien to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Flavio Victoro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 100th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicolas Darien having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Racing Posadeño F.C. walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
