Pablo Gaspard acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 8th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Jorge Truylos. In the 9th minute of the match, Gaudencio Claus got a very nice opportunity to score, but Pablo Gaspard was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. BackAix's Cirilo Evis got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Niceto Manuelo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Pablo Gaspard tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cirilo Evis scored 0-1 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Maximino Libertad, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Cirilo Evis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a defensive mix-up in Burzaco FC's zone, Cirilo Evis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Maximino Libertad came out of the goal and Cirilo Evis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Melchor Ubarna's late challenge caught a BackAix's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Melchor Ubarna helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of BackAix booed when Burzaco FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Melchor Ubarna didn't get a good kick on the ball. The supporters of Burzaco FC booed when BackAix was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Danilo Leizarraga didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match clock showed 34 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Cirilo Evis sped through Burzaco FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Maximino Libertad. After having played for 39 minutes, Aristides Viviano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BackAix's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aristides Viviano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Cirilo Evis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Jairo Constancio hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Cirilo Evis's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 56thth minute, Maximino Libertad skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Hermengildo Azubeli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cirilo Evis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cirilo Evis had several of the Burzaco FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 64 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-3 score and a disappointed Maximino Libertad as he didn't even see the shot coming. If Aristides Viviano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 70th minute, Melchor Ubarna hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cirilo Evis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Maximino Libertad having to make a save. When BackAix's Cirilo Evis in the 73rd minute got a chance for a shot 73rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Burzaco FC's goalie prevented a goal. The crowd rose to their feet as BackAix's Cirilo Evis slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Maximino Libertad. That made the score 0-4 after 82 minutes of play. BackAix's Danilo Leizarraga got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Danilo Leizarraga could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Maximino Libertad made a huge save. BackAix's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
