He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Miramar reached it. If Christian Lazcano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Expreso's Aureliano Beat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Prudencio Urti in the 22nd minute of play. 23 minutes into the game, Prospero Jakes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Miramar's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Expreso the free kick. In the 23rd match minute, Miramar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Prospero Jakes to maneuver through the defense. Christian Lazcano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Horacio Banegas made a huge save. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alberto Ferran made a kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Miramar's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Ferran came free, but Horacio Banegas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcial Galeno in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aureliano Beat prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Horacio Banegas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Ferran in the 62nd minute of the match. When Christian Lazcano came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Expreso fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Christian Lazcano couldn't finish the play. Alberto Ferran hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Aureliano Beat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Prudencio Urti in the 74th minute of the match. In the 77th minute of the match Baldomiro Calisto shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Aureliano Beat showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 82 minutes into the game, Rodolfo Lertxun recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Aureliano Beat. Rodolfo Lertxun showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. Anacleto Paublo hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match.
