In the 54th minute of the match Clodoveo Sabino sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jose Iratzeder skillfully saved the ball. In the 58th minute, Santiago Florin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Eugenio Ostots received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Isaias Urdin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Tilcarense FC booed when La Lepra Marplatense was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernardino Maiorga didn't get a good kick on the ball.
