Eugenio Goito kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. When Eugenio Goito fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lozano's protests and gave Eugenio Goito a yellow card for diving instead. Astor Bernard struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Erasmo Paz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Claraz. Astor Bernard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Erasmo Paz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 25 minutes into the match, Lozano's goal looked a bit too open when Astor Bernard came free, but Erasmo Paz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Claraz's Anier Baleren got control of the ball when Maximiliano Luix tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 35thth minute of the game Gregorio Edur who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lozano's Erasmo Paz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 40 minutes into the match, Lozano's Isidoro Bastian sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Anier Baleren narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After having played for 41 minutes, Gregorio Edur managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Claraz's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gregorio Edur was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Astor Bernard blasted a shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Erasmo Paz having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isidoro Bastian in the 46th minute of play forced Claraz's goalkeeper Anier Baleren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 47 minutes into the game, Ramiro Goyo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Claraz's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lozano the free kick. In the 47th minute, Ramiro Goyo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Isidoro Bastian stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Anier Baleren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidoro Bastian in the 53rd minute of play. 56 minutes into the game, Lozano's Isidoro Bastian nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Anier Baleren made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. In the 65th minute, Rosendo Tome hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 68 played minutes Lozano got a freekick which was hit by Eugenio Goito. Astor Bernard struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. After 84 played minutes Claraz got a freekick which was hit by Nestor Roano. Maximiliano Luix recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Maximiliano Luix had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 91st match minute, Claraz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramiro Goyo to maneuver through the defense. After 93 played minutes Claraz got a freekick which was hit by Baldomiro Paulin. Lozano's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
