Las Cucarachas Venenosas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rodrigo Fe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alfredo Tanio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Blas Santos's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. If Rafael Lauren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 16th minute of the match Urbano Txanton sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alfredo Tanio skillfully saved the ball. When the match clock showed 17 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Blas Santos sped through Las Cucarachas Venenosas's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Alfredo Tanio. Rafael Lauren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Alfredo Tanio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Las Cucarachas Venenosas's Alfredo Tanio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Blas Santos in the 24th minute of play. Blas Santos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 31 minutes into the game, Benedicto Cedro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Las Cucarachas Venenosas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Berreta the free kick. Benedicto Cedro kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Alfredo Tanio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rafael Lauren's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. Alfredo Tanio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafael Lauren in the 41st minute of play. After 46 played minutes Berreta got a freekick which was hit by Desiderio Mancio.

The supporters of Berreta booed when Las Cucarachas Venenosas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Timoteo Soin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Blas Santos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfredo Tanio having to interfere. The supporters of Las Cucarachas Venenosas booed when Berreta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rafael Lauren didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alfredo Tanio came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Berreta's Rafael Lauren. But to his dismay, Rafael Lauren quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Blas Santos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfredo Tanio having to interfere. Alfredo Tanio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Blas Santos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Rodrigo Fe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thanks to some nice moves Rafael Lauren could shoot a difficult shot in the 72nd minute, which Alfredo Tanio however easily saved by the left post. Alfredo Tanio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Blas Santos in the 75th minute of play. With a little luck, Las Cucarachas Venenosas's Alfredo Tanio got control of the ball when Rafael Lauren tried to sneak it across the goal line. Berreta's Blas Santos got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rafael Lauren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfredo Tanio having to interfere. Alfredo Tanio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Blas Santos, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Ariel Lehoi was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 91st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Las Cucarachas Venenosas's Nemesio Pasqual got a free kick in the 95th minute. Alfredo Tanio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Blas Santos, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. When the final whistle sounded Berreta left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Las Cucarachas Venenosas.
