Spectators: 7275 (Terracing: 5458, Seating: 1673, VIP seats: 144) Blas Santos made the kick off and thus started the match. After a defensive mix-up in Chepes's zone, Blas Santos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emiliano Larra came out of the goal and Blas Santos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rafael Lauren might have been able to make a better finish in the 8th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Emiliano Larra. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rafael Lauren ran back to his position shaking his head. Rafael Lauren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Emiliano Larra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Blas Santos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Berreta's Justino Llope proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Berreta from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Chepes booed when Berreta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulino Seber didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 17 minutes, Rafael Lauren managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Berreta's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rafael Lauren was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Blas Santos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Blas Santos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emiliano Larra having to interfere. Emiliano Larra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rafael Lauren, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Emiliano Larra came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Berreta's Rafael Lauren. But to his dismay, Rafael Lauren quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Emiliano Larra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rafael Lauren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Blas Santos came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Berreta fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Blas Santos couldn't finish the play. Berreta's Rafael Lauren got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rafael Lauren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Emiliano Larra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Blas Santos in the 42nd minute of the match. Rafael Lauren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience was convinced that Blas Santos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Emiliano Larra was relentless in the 45th minute of the game. After the first half Berreta were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 50th match minute, Berreta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ariel Lehoi to maneuver through the defense. In the 54th minute of the match Chepes got a corner. Berreta's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Higinio Celio ran over to the corner to take the kick. Emiliano Larra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Blas Santos, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Emiliano Larra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Blas Santos in the 59th minute of play. 60 minutes into the game, Paulino Seber was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Berreta's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chepes the free kick. In the 61st match minute, Berreta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paulino Seber to maneuver through the defense. Justino Llope made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jimeno Ospin in the 65th minute of play. Jimeno Ospin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Justino Llope tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rafael Lauren got free with Emiliano Larra in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Blas Santos struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Emiliano Larra didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Berreta. After 71 minutes, Nicasio Dolcet mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chepes and the Berreta players grew even worse after the yellow card. Emiliano Larra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Blas Santos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Berreta's Paulino Seber got a free kick in the 73rd minute. The supporters of Chepes booed when Berreta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Desiderio Mancio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Blas Santos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emiliano Larra having to interfere. If Blas Santos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Rafael Lauren who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 87thth minute tested the skills of Emiliano Larra when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Jimeno Ospin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Justino Llope took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Cordara, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Chepes's Emiliano Larra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Blas Santos in the 94th minute of play. Berreta played a much better game than Chepes and deserved their victory. The Chepes players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
