With a little luck, Aris Salónico's Justino Jakobe got control of the ball when Samuel Silban tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Aris Salónico's zone, Saverio Inge stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Justino Jakobe came out of the goal and Saverio Inge tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 7th minute, Jaime Alvarez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Saverio Inge received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Justino Jakobe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Aris Salónico's zone, Samuel Silban stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Justino Jakobe came out of the goal and Samuel Silban tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 12th minute Saverio Inge shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Justino Jakobe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Atlético General Levalle were awarded a corner in the 14th minute after Aris Salónico's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Edgardo Roldanillo took the corner. Atlético General Levalle's Edgardo Roldanillo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Justino Jakobe in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Saverio Inge sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fabian Gorbea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaime Dolfos in the 22nd minute of play. 23 minutes into the game, Victor Luken was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Atlético General Levalle's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Aris Salónico the free kick. A collision led to Atlético General Levalle getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Victor Luken hit a great ball. Jaime Dolfos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Fabian Gorbea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bernabe Emeterio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fabian Gorbea having to make a save. Samuel Silban might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Justino Jakobe. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Samuel Silban ran back to his position shaking his head. After 37 played minutes Aris Salónico got a freekick which was hit by Claudio Gaufred. After recieving a nice pass, Atlético General Levalle's Edgardo Roldanillo tried to score from far away in the 38th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. A hard shot 41 in the game by Samuel Silban from a close distance when the talented Justino Jakobe managed to make a qualified save. Aris Salónico's players were relieved. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bernabe Emeterio was the one to do the kick off. Victor Luken hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. 53 minutes into the match, Atlético General Levalle's goal looked a bit too open when Bernabe Emeterio came free, but Fabian Gorbea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Samuel Silban in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Justino Jakobe saved Aris Salónico from getting behind. Fabricio Belarmo hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Saverio Inge recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Saverio Inge sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Saverio Inge fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Justino Jakobe having to interfere. 85 minutes into the match, Aris Salónico's goal looked a bit too open when Saverio Inge came free, but Justino Jakobe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 90thth minute of the game Saverio Inge who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Aris Salónico's Justino Jakobe was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Atlético General Levalle were awarded a corner in the 98th minute after Aris Salónico's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Edgardo Roldanillo took the corner. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Samuel Silban advanced and headed the ball into goal, 1-0 in the 98th minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Atlético General Levalle fans cheered their team off the field, for while Aris Salónico had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
