After having played for 32 minutes, Atilano Lapurdi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Samuhú 's supporters crossed their fingers, but Atilano Lapurdi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 32 played minutes Funebrero FC got a freekick which was hit by Julio Haritzeder. In the 41st minute, Benicio Mitxaut left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Samuhú fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. In the 46th minute, Osvaldo Tadzio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hector Theobald sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Benicio Mitxaut could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Norberto Luar made a huge save. With splendid footwork Atilano Lapurdi arrived in front of goal to shoot 0-4 by the left pole in the game's 60th minute. When Abel Cordarrell was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 75 minutes had been played. After 76 played minutes Funebrero FC got a freekick which was hit by Abel Cordarrell. Ramiro Bikendi, 77 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Atilano Lapurdi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Samuhú 's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
