Aristides Erramu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilberto Elorri in the 21st minute of the match. Jonatan Furtado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 35 minutes into the match, Gauss KF's goal looked a bit too open when Ermegildo Sugar came free, but Aristides Erramu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ermegildo Sugar in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aristides Erramu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ermegildo Sugar in the 37th minute of play forced Gauss KF's goalkeeper Aristides Erramu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 38 minutes into the game, Leandro Guib was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gauss KF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SLA FC the free kick. In the 38th minute, Leandro Guib hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Ermegildo Sugar came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the SLA FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ermegildo Sugar couldn't finish the play. After having played for 44 minutes, Gilberto Elorri managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SLA FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gilberto Elorri was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ermegildo Sugar made a kick off. Bartolo Salvatore made a great header on SLA FC's corner, it was just that Gauss KF's Aristides Erramu managed to reach the ball for a save. If Gilberto Elorri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gauss KF's goalkeeper Aristides Erramu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When German Baumar came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Gauss KF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that German Baumar couldn't finish the play. German Baumar might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marcelo Sendoa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. German Baumar ran back to his position shaking his head. German Baumar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcelo Sendoa having to interfere. Gilberto Elorri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Aristides Erramu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. During the 76th minute of the match Leandro Guib completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Leandro Guib a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. A collision led to Gauss KF getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Leandro Guib hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as SLA FC's Ermegildo Sugar slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Aristides Erramu. That made the score 0-1 after 80 minutes of play. Gauss KF's Aristides Erramu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Gauss KF from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Gilberto Elorri managed to get in a good position for a shot. SLA FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gilberto Elorri was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aristides Erramu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Ermegildo Sugar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ermegildo Sugar in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aristides Erramu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Gauss KF fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. SLA FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
