Celso Quinton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filomeno Constancio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cirilo Sazon's late challenge caught a WalterPLG's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cirilo Sazon helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of WalterPLG booed when C.A. LIBERTAD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cirilo Sazon didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 23rd match minute, WalterPLG was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gualter Cearense to maneuver through the defense. 25 minutes into the match, WalterPLG's goal looked a bit too open when Laureano Ferran came free, but Celso Quinton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 26th minute, Teo Madera ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. LIBERTAD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ivan Artal didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 35th minute, Cirilo Sazon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Celso Quinton made an important save on a dangerous shot by Filomeno Constancio in the 38th minute. After 42 minutes of play, WalterPLG's Teo Madera made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Silvestre Tano was left in no man's land by his defense there! 45 minutes into the match, Siro Faro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Silvestre Tano. C.A. LIBERTAD's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Siro Faro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Laureano Ferran stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Celso Quinton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Laureano Ferran in the 51st minute of the match. C.A. LIBERTAD's Silvestre Tano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save C.A. LIBERTAD from getting a goal against them. Celso Quinton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Laureano Ferran in the 57th minute of play. Celso Quinton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filomeno Constancio in the 61st minute of the match. Silvestre Tano stood somewhat misplaced when Teo Madera came free in front of goal and shot 1-5 to the left of him in the 65 minute. C.A. LIBERTAD's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Teo Madera 70 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-6. If Teo Madera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to C.A. LIBERTAD getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Laureano Ferran hit a great ball. Siro Faro received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Silvestre Tano came out and tried to block the shot, but Siro Faro slotted it home off the left post making it 1-7 in the 81st minute. The supporters of WalterPLG booed when C.A. LIBERTAD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hernan Sagrario didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bryce Sparks struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Celso Quinton didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C.A. LIBERTAD. With a little luck, C.A. LIBERTAD's Silvestre Tano got control of the ball when Teo Madera tried to sneak it across the goal line. Celso Quinton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Laureano Ferran in the 92nd minute of the match. Silvestre Tano was out of position in the 93 minute of play, and Teo Madera capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Teo Madera really showed his touch with that goal: 1-8.
