Florentino George fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fulgencio Honrio having to interfere. Santo Alonso hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diego Neto in the 9th minute of play forced Colon Junior's goalkeeper Ambrosio Javiar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Diego Neto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 13 minutes, Romeo Ixaka managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Blackclown's supporters crossed their fingers, but Romeo Ixaka was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Gaston Aznar came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Colon Junior fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gaston Aznar couldn't finish the play. Gaston Aznar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Florentino George received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Fulgencio Honrio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ambrosio Javiar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Romeo Ixaka, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Romeo Ixaka received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Ambrosio Javiar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 41stth minute of the game Romeo Ixaka who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Colon Junior's Ambrosio Javiar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Colon Junior's Romeo Perfecto pulled a muscle in his back after 47 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 47 minutes, Eulalio Beila mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Blackclown and the Colon Junior players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Blackclown's Eulalio Beila got a free kick in the 48th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Gaston Aznar made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 54 minutes, Diego Neto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Blackclown's supporters crossed their fingers, but Diego Neto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gaston Aznar took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fulgencio Honrio. Fulgencio Honrio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. When Blackclown's Diego Neto in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Colon Junior's goalie prevented a goal. Romeo Ixaka received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Ambrosio Javiar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Colon Junior's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Blackclown the free kick. Fulgencio Laurentzi's late challenge caught a Blackclown's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fulgencio Laurentzi helped the player get up and apologised. After 73 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Colon Junior! In the 77th match minute, Blackclown was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teo Resto to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Colon Junior's Ambrosio Javiar got control of the ball when Romeo Ixaka tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Colon Junior's Ruben Fernanco got a free kick in the 81st minute. Diego Neto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 84 minutes into the match, Teo Resto dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ambrosio Javiar, 1-2. With his leg Ambrosio Javiar managed to avoid a goal in the 88thth minute, when Blackclown's Romeo Ixaka fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 89th minute, Romeo Ixaka ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ambrosio Javiar was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Colon Junior's Ambrosio Javiar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 98th minute of the match, managed to save Colon Junior from getting a goal against them. When Diego Neto came up free with the goalie in the 99th minute, the Blackclown fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Diego Neto couldn't finish the play.
