The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Guido Monico received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Antonio Diegotxe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 10 minutes into the match, TRANSPORTE PEPO's goal looked a bit too open when Fernan Gabrio came free, but Tobias Nayely reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Honorio Ubelteso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antonio Diegotxe having to interfere. In the 14th minute, Guillermo Odol hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 16th minute Guido Monico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antonio Diegotxe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Guido Monico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Hucal AFC's zone, Guido Monico stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Antonio Diegotxe came out of the goal and Guido Monico tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Honorio Ubelteso's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 23rdth minute, Antonio Diegotxe skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After having played for 27 minutes, Honorio Ubelteso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. TRANSPORTE PEPO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Honorio Ubelteso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With 29 minutes on the clock, Oscar Kelemen commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 29th minute of the game. One of Hucal AFC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of TRANSPORTE PEPO:s goal. When Teofilo Savier came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Hucal AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teofilo Savier couldn't finish the play. Guido Monico sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ildefonso Quintin to strike the kick off in the second half. Guido Monico scored 2-1 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Antonio Diegotxe, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Honorio Ubelteso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in TRANSPORTE PEPO's zone, Fermin Tristan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tobias Nayely came out of the goal and Fermin Tristan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 84th minute, Honorio Ubelteso left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The TRANSPORTE PEPO fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. A collision led to Hucal AFC getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Everardo Quinto hit a great ball. Honorio Ubelteso struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Antonio Diegotxe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for TRANSPORTE PEPO. Honorio Ubelteso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antonio Diegotxe having to interfere. TRANSPORTE PEPO's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
