Angelino Cebrian struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Esteban Firman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sarmiento. In the 23rd minute, Angelino Cebrian got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 31 minutes into the game, Angelino Cebrian was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sarmiento's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tunal FC the free kick. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Conrado Orlin to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Conrado Orlin in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Esteban Firman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Tunal FC booed when Sarmiento was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernardo Guillem didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tunal FC's Matias Natanael couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 64th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Sarmiento. In the 66th minute Victor Izotz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Justo Arixo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 67 minutes into the game, Jorge Arias was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player.
