Magdalena's Leonides Romelio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Magdalena from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Magdalena getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Federico Bidari hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Magdalena's Isidoro Saturnin got a free kick in the 30th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filomeno Rumaldo in the 33rd minute of play forced Magdalena's goalkeeper Leonides Romelio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 34 minutes Magdalena's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Anselmo Marques who took care of the corner kick. Leonides Romelio made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Filomeno Rumaldo sent off a good shot on target.

With 55 minutes on the clock, Inocencio Aztore commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 55th minute of the game. One of Ciruja For Ever:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Magdalena:s goal. The goalkeeper, Fabio Bidun, was totally fooled by Magdalena's Arturo Joachim, who 57 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. When Isidoro Saturnin fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Magdalena's protests and gave Isidoro Saturnin a yellow card for diving instead. In the 62nd minute, one of Magdalena:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Magdalena. Leonides Romelio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cecilio Domingues in the 68th minute of play. After 69 played minutes Magdalena got a freekick which was hit by Evelio Joachim. 71 minutes into the match, Cecilio Domingues had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leonides Romelio. Magdalena's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cecilio Domingues was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. Filomeno Rumaldo kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cecilio Domingues in the 84th minute of play forced Magdalena's goalkeeper Leonides Romelio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Ciruja For Ever's zone, Evelio Joachim stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabio Bidun came out of the goal and Evelio Joachim tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Ciruja For Ever's Fabio Bidun got control of the ball when Valentin Seme tried to sneak it across the goal line. 94 minutes into the game, Ciruja For Ever's Cecilio Domingues nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leonides Romelio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. After 97 minutes, Evelio Joachim mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Magdalena and the Ciruja For Ever players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 98th match minute, Magdalena was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Evelio Joachim to maneuver through the defense. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Ciruja For Ever had played much better football throughout.
