In the 3rd minute, Alejo Galeno reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Gogo George. The goal made the score 1-0. Marcelo Etxepare took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomás Patrido, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Caballo de Troya's Marcelo Etxepare played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by John Remesal in the 12th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomás Patrido in the 15th minute of play forced Caballo de Troya's goalkeeper Marcelo Etxepare to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcelo Etxepare took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from John Remesal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tomás Patrido fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcelo Etxepare having to interfere. Gogo George made an important save on a dangerous shot by Juan Santo in the 29th minute. Gogo George stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alejo Galeno's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. In the 32nd minute, Arnaldo Valiente hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gogo George was a little too slow when Alejo Galeno got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 44th minute. The score was now 2-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

54 minutes into the match, Alejo Galeno had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gogo George. shitanemFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alejo Galeno was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. If Alejo Galeno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcelo Etxepare made an important save on a dangerous shot by John Remesal in the 73rd minute. Gogo George showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alejo Galeno in the 80th minute of the match. When Gerardo Hibai fell near the penalty area in the 86th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Caballo de Troya's protests and gave Gerardo Hibai a yellow card for diving instead. Gerardo Hibai hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. When John Remesal came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the shitanemFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that John Remesal couldn't finish the play. Gogo George showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alejo Galeno in the 92nd minute of the match. 96 minutes into the match, Caballo de Troya's Alejo Galeno sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gogo George narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
