Marcelo Luar ran back to his position shaking his head. 15 minutes into the match, Marcelo Luar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rene Frichoso. Huevonaso S.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marcelo Luar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. When Pablo Mincho came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Y va el 3ero FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pablo Mincho couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Marcelo Luar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Y va el 3ero FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Marcelo Luar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rene Frichoso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Pablo Mincho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Huevonaso S.C.'s Rene Frichoso got control of the ball when Marcelo Luar tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Pablo Mincho's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rene Frichoso was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 6-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Clemente Ursino made the kick off in the second half. Marcelo Luar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Rene Frichoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 56th minute, Pablo Mincho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rene Frichoso was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. Rene Frichoso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pablo Mincho, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Pablo Mincho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rene Frichoso having to interfere. 72 minutes into the game, Huevonaso S.C.'s Gualterio Muno nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Baldomiro Txatxu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-1. In the 75th minute, Clemente Ursino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Angelino Natal got free with Baldomiro Txatxu in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Y va el 3ero FC made a substitution. Reynaldo Urtungo replaced Marcelo Luar. If Reynaldo Urtungo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rene Frichoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pablo Mincho in the 83rd minute of play. Rene Frichoso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Reynaldo Urtungo's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. If Pablo Mincho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
