Braulio Azubeli recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Alsina booed when Superestrellas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jorge Pelagius didn't get a good kick on the ball. 15 minutes in the game Ovidio Giro got a great opportunity which he missed by shooting outside the goal. Aurelio Rencio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teodoro Donio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 20th minute, Teodoro Donio fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Aurelio Rencio, passed just outside the right post. 20 minutes into the game, Alsina's Tiburcio Calixto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aurelio Rencio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. 2-0 became the score in the 24th minute when Teodoro Donio elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After 30 played minutes Superestrellas FC got a freekick which was hit by Domingos Oliverio. Tiburcio Calixto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aurelio Rencio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tiburcio Calixto in the 38th minute. Natalio Dantel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Aurelio Rencio made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Alsina's zone, Braulio Azubeli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paulo Goyo came out of the goal and Braulio Azubeli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Teodoro Donio kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match.

Paulo Goyo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rolando Bordat in the 53rd minute. Tiburcio Calixto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Aurelio Rencio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 58th minute, Celedonio Gorri sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Superestrellas FC's Aurelio Rencio didn't even have to move. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tiburcio Calixto in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aurelio Rencio saved Superestrellas FC from getting behind. When Teodoro Donio came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Alsina fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teodoro Donio couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the Superestrellas FC defense, Tiburcio Calixto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aurelio Rencio. The Superestrellas FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aurelio Rencio should have stopped the shot. Alsina's Teodoro Donio got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Teodoro Donio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Aurelio Rencio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A wasted opportunity for Alsina. 90 minutes into the match, Superestrellas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Teodoro Donio came free, but Aurelio Rencio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 4-0 became the score in the 94th minute when Tiburcio Calixto elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar.
