Dario Cordearo started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute, Dario Cordearo fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Gaston Aztore's late challenge caught a Torino's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gaston Aztore helped the player get up and apologised. In the 10th match minute, Cavour AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaston Aztore to maneuver through the defense. Torino's Agustin Acosta couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 11th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Cavour AFC. Pastor Flor charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pastor Flor the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Pastor Flor hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. 17 minutes into the match, Torino's Vinicio Henric sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Apolo Calisto narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Apolo Calisto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vinicio Henric's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. 20 minutes in the game, Dario Cordearo fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Anselmo Colon having to interfere. Torino's Anselmo Colon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Torino from getting a goal against them. Eduardo Menendo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Apolo Calisto having to interfere. Apolo Calisto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vinicio Henric in the 30th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vinicio Henric in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Apolo Calisto saved Cavour AFC from getting behind. If Vinicio Henric had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Santiago Urtsua kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Ricardo Mateo, 39 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Eduardo Menendo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Vinicio Henric managed to get in a good position for a shot. Torino's supporters rose to their feet, but Vinicio Henric was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Apolo Calisto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Vinicio Henric to strike the kick off in the second half. If Eduardo Menendo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Apolo Calisto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vinicio Henric in the 74th minute of play. Apolo Calisto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vinicio Henric in the 75th minute of the match. In the 76th minute, Cavour AFC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Eduardo Menendo fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Vinicio Henric managed to get in a good position for a shot. Torino's supporters rose to their feet, but Vinicio Henric was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Apolo Calisto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 81st minute, Dario Cordearo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cavour AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dario Cordearo in the 96th minute of play forced Torino's goalkeeper Anselmo Colon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Cavour AFC players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
