Spectators: 6947 (Terracing: 5447, Seating: 1400, VIP seats: 100) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Jairo Silbestre made the kick off which started today's match. After 4 minutes, Elpidio Mouricio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Stuka FC and the Cuello FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Elpidio Mouricio kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Stuka FC's Elias Jordy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Conrado Toli in the 7th minute of play. In the 13th minute Jairo Silbestre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elias Jordy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alfredo Paulin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Wilfredo Herensuge tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 18 minutes, Luis Abeijon mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Stuka FC and the Cuello FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Stuka FC's Luis Abeijon got a free kick in the 18th minute. Lázaro Asur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilfredo Herensuge having to interfere. Alfredo Paulin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alfredo Paulin took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wilfredo Herensuge. Wilfredo Herensuge dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Conrado Toli in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Elias Jordy saved Stuka FC from getting behind. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lázaro Asur was the one to do the kick off. Cuello FC's Wilfredo Herensuge played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lázaro Asur in the 54th minute of play. After 56th play minutes Alfredo Paulin shot 2-1, a short shot which went by Wilfredo Herensuge and just under the crossbar into goal. After a defensive mix-up in Cuello FC's zone, Lázaro Asur stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wilfredo Herensuge came out of the goal and Lázaro Asur tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nestor Goiz's late challenge caught a Stuka FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nestor Goiz helped the player get up and apologised. In the 62nd match minute, Cuello FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nestor Goiz to maneuver through the defense. Jairo Silbestre hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Lázaro Asur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilfredo Herensuge having to interfere. If Lázaro Asur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Lázaro Asur received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Wilfredo Herensuge tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wilfredo Herensuge took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfredo Paulin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 93 minutes, Alfredo Paulin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Stuka FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alfredo Paulin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 94th minute, Ismael Nazario hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wilfredo Herensuge showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfredo Paulin, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute.
