Stuka FC's Lázaro Asur got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Prospero Lekubegi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lázaro Asur, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Lázaro Asur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Sixto Bixintxo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elias Jordy having to interfere. Elias Jordy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manuel Corderun in the 23rd minute of the match. When Manuel Corderun came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Sarmiento FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Manuel Corderun couldn't finish the play. Alfredo Paulin struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Prospero Lekubegi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stuka FC. Manuel Corderun blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Elias Jordy having to make a save. Elias Jordy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sixto Bixintxo, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. The supporters of Sarmiento FC booed when Stuka FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elpidio Mouricio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luis Abeijon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Prospero Lekubegi having to interfere. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lázaro Asur was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Sarmiento FC's zone, Lázaro Asur stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Prospero Lekubegi came out of the goal and Lázaro Asur tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 60th minute, Lázaro Asur got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 61st match minute, Sarmiento FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Celedonio Beila to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lázaro Asur in the 62nd minute of play forced Sarmiento FC's goalkeeper Prospero Lekubegi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lázaro Asur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 66th minute, Alfredo Paulin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Stuka FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 69th minute, Lázaro Asur made a precise shot to the right of Prospero Lekubegi. Sarmiento FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. In the 72nd minute Vladimiro Cebo suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. After 73 played minutes Stuka FC got a freekick which was hit by Elpidio Mouricio. Sixto Bixintxo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Lázaro Asur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sixto Bixintxo struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Elias Jordy didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sarmiento FC. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Stuka FC fully deserved thier win.
