Benigno Pasqual kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. After 4 played minutes Lipeo got a freekick which was hit by Baltasar Belasko. Paulino Naelio was out of position in the 6 minute of play, and Damaso Hitzeder capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Damaso Hitzeder really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Damaso Hitzeder received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Paulino Naelio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lipeo's goalkeeper Sergio Fidele, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Damaso Hitzeder sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Damaso Hitzeder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Paulino Naelio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidoro Crescencio in the 25th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Damaso Hitzeder got free with Paulino Naelio in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cleto Perutxo in the 36th minute of play forced Lipeo's goalkeeper Sergio Fidele to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chovet FC's Paulino Naelio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Chovet FC from getting a goal against them. 38 minutes into the game, Benigno Pasqual was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chovet FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lipeo the free kick. A collision led to Chovet FC getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Benigno Pasqual hit a great ball. Prudencio Orlandus, 40 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 47th minute Cleto Perutxo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sergio Fidele saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Isidoro Crescencio made a kick off. Damaso Hitzeder received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Paulino Naelio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Isidoro Crescencio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Florentino Jenaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Florentino Jenaro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sergio Fidele having to interfere. 64 minutes into the game, Atilano Franco was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lipeo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chovet FC the free kick. The supporters of Chovet FC booed when Lipeo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Atilano Franco didn't get a good kick on the ball. Paulino Naelio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isidoro Crescencio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cleto Perutxo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sergio Fidele having to interfere. After 73 played minutes Lipeo got a freekick which was hit by Gregorio Leoiar. After some careless play in the Chovet FC defense, Isidoro Crescencio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Paulino Naelio. The Chovet FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Paulino Naelio should have stopped the shot. Damaso Hitzeder received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Paulino Naelio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 87 minutes, Isidoro Crescencio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lipeo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Isidoro Crescencio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 96 minutes into the match, Isidoro Crescencio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Paulino Naelio. Chovet FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Isidoro Crescencio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. For all the effort they put into the match, the Chovet FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Lipeo.
