Spectators: 7206 (Terracing: 5439, Seating: 1667, VIP seats: 100) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Jairo Silbestre made the kick off which started today's match. Conrado Toli recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Damaso Hitzeder received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Wilfredo Herensuge tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 13th match minute, Cuello FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nestor Goiz to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Cuello FC booed when Lipeo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damaso Hitzeder didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sergio Fidele made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jairo Silbestre in the 21st minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Cuello FC's zone, Isidoro Crescencio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wilfredo Herensuge came out of the goal and Isidoro Crescencio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Jairo Silbestre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 31st minute, Epifanio Rameriz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Damaso Hitzeder fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilfredo Herensuge having to interfere. Conrado Toli struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. Sergio Fidele didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cuello FC. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Isidoro Crescencio made the kick off in the second half. Sergio Fidele showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Conrado Toli, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. If Jairo Silbestre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 61 minutes, Jairo Silbestre managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cuello FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jairo Silbestre was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Jairo Silbestre managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cuello FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jairo Silbestre was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sergio Fidele breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Cuello FC's Wilfredo Herensuge got control of the ball when Damaso Hitzeder tried to sneak it across the goal line. Reynaldo Pello kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. If Isidoro Crescencio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Roberto Chico kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Lipeo's Damaso Hitzeder got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cuello FC's Wilfredo Herensuge played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isidoro Crescencio in the 89th minute of play. Isidoro Crescencio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sergio Fidele showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Conrado Toli in the 96th minute of the match. A collision led to Lipeo getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Atilano Franco hit a great ball. Cuello FC succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Lipeo had controlled the match.
