Juanchis FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nemesio Rey was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tiburcio Vito made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nemesio Rey in the 18th minute of play. If Dionisio Enmanuel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dionisio Enmanuel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Benicio Shepherd made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mateo Derwin in the 29th minute of play. If Dionisio Enmanuel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Erwood FC's Tiburcio Vito proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Erwood FC from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Erwood FC getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Tomás Blasco hit a great ball. Mateo Derwin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benicio Shepherd having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Abel Erramun made a kick off. Nemesio Rey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Tiburcio Vito tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 63rd minute Nemesio Rey shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiburcio Vito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tiburcio Vito made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dionisio Enmanuel in the 66th minute of play. Benicio Shepherd took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abel Erramun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 70 played minutes Abel Erramun rounded Juanchis FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-1. Benicio Shepherd showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abel Erramun, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abel Erramun in the 77th minute of play forced Juanchis FC's goalkeeper Benicio Shepherd to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benicio Shepherd made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mateo Derwin in the 80th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Abel Erramun managed to get in a good position for a shot. Erwood FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Abel Erramun was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benicio Shepherd breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 85 played minutes Erwood FC got a freekick which was hit by Manuel Kusko. Benicio Shepherd showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abel Erramun in the 88th minute of the match. 90 minutes into the match, Nemesio Rey notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Erwood FC's Tiburcio Vito. Tiburcio Vito was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Benicio Shepherd made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Mateo Derwin sent off a good shot on target. After 96 played minutes Juanchis FC got a freekick which was hit by Justo Lando. In the 99th minute of the match Erwood FC got a corner. Juanchis FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ramiro Ibon ran over to the corner to take the kick. Erwood FC's Ramiro Ibon was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Benicio Shepherd in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
