In a very dangerous position, a player in Erwood FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 7th minute. Penalty! When Carbo's Francisco Ladio in 18 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Tiburcio Vito guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. A collision led to Erwood FC getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Manuel Kusko hit a great ball. In the 20th minute, Anier Heli got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 22nd minute, Manuel Kusko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Anier Heli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Anier Heli's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tiburcio Vito was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. After having played for 26 minutes, Francisco Ladio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Carbo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Francisco Ladio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The attack was good, but when Anier Heli in the 28th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Anier Heli in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tiburcio Vito prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Anier Heli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Erwood FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Carbo were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Anier Heli made a kick off. After 53 played minutes Erwood FC got a freekick which was hit by Manuel Kusko. 57 minutes into the match, Erwood FC's goal looked a bit too open when Freddy Gartxot came free, but Tiburcio Vito reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 60th minute of the match Hector Estevon shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tiburcio Vito showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind Erwood FC's goalkeeper Tiburcio Vito, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Arturo Gar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Hermengildo Orlin came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Erwood FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hermengildo Orlin couldn't finish the play. Carbo's Zeledon Paul played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hermengildo Orlin in the 70th minute of play. Erwood FC's Arturo Gar suffered a sore knee after 71 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Gerardo Jayvier fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Carbo's protests and gave Gerardo Jayvier a yellow card for diving instead. In the 75th minute Erwood FC were awarded a corner. Ramiro Ibon went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Ramiro Ibon got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Zeledon Paul quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 78 minutes into the match, Carbo's Anier Heli sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tiburcio Vito narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Zeledon Paul didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Abel Erramun went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Anier Heli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiburcio Vito having to interfere. Francisco Ladio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Anier Heli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Tiburcio Vito tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tiburcio Vito made an important save on a dangerous shot by Francisco Ladio in the 93rd minute. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
