A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eustacio Horado in the 23rd minute of play forced Erwood FC's goalkeeper Tiburcio Vito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 49th minute of the match Candelaria got a corner. Erwood FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Silvio Gudesteo ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Silvio Gudesteo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Tiburcio Vito quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ramiro Fidensio to strike the kick off in the second half. Arturo Gar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 59 minutes into the match, Candelaria's goal looked a bit too open when Abel Erramun came free, but Alejo Felo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alejo Felo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mateo Derwin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 61 played minutes Candelaria got a freekick which was hit by Nicanor Oliverios. Abel Erramun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. Abel Erramun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Abel Erramun might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alejo Felo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out.
