After 25 played minutes Erwood FC got a freekick which was hit by Manuel Kusko. Inocencio Bonifaco received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tiburcio Vito came out and tried to block the shot, but Inocencio Bonifaco slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 29th minute. In the 31st minute Manuel Kusko suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Domingo Thomas during the 31st minute. Tiburcio Vito didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vodka Juniors. With a little luck, Erwood FC's Tiburcio Vito got control of the ball when Prudencio Loreto tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Prudencio Loreto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tiburcio Vito was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. In the 78th minute Prudencio Loreto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiburcio Vito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tiburcio Vito was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Vodka Juniors walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
