Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ramiro Erasto took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 6 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Playadito AFC! Gregorio Iruinea shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. 10 minutes into the game, Zeledon Arnalt was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Playadito AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kadabra the free kick. In the 10th match minute, Playadito AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zeledon Arnalt to maneuver through the defense. Dalmacio Corderro made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Eriberto Fiz sent off a good shot on target. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ramiro Erasto in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dalmacio Corderro saved Playadito AFC from getting behind. Ramiro Erastos short, quick shot in the 21stth minute got Dalmacio Corderro to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. A collision led to Playadito AFC getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Vladimiro Neron hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Playadito AFC's Zeledon Arnalt got a free kick in the 24th minute. Mauricio Gorri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 30 played minutes Playadito AFC got a freekick which was hit by Zeledon Arnalt. In the 31st minute, Mario Henric hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 39 minutes, Mariano Banegas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kadabra and the Playadito AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Playadito AFC booed when Kadabra was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mariano Banegas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Playadito AFC were furious when Arnoldo Grabiel was red carded, 43 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in Playadito AFC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 43rd minute. Penalty! Gregorio Iruinea walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. When the match had gone on for 46 minutes, Gregorio Iruinea put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Dalmacio Corderro. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Baltasar Mino stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Eriberto Fiz made a precise shot to the right of Dalmacio Corderro. Playadito AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. After a defensive mix-up in Playadito AFC's zone, Eriberto Fiz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dalmacio Corderro came out of the goal and Eriberto Fiz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dalmacio Corderro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eriberto Fiz, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. After a rather tough play, Playadito AFC's Zeledon Arnalt got a free kick in the 61st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eriberto Fiz in the 62nd minute of play forced Playadito AFC's goalkeeper Dalmacio Corderro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mariano Banegas in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dalmacio Corderro saved Playadito AFC from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 70 minutes, Ramiro Erasto put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Dalmacio Corderro. If Mariano Banegas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Kadabra's Ramiro Erasto in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Playadito AFC's goalie prevented a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Angelino Astrada during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Kadabra booed when Playadito AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Angelino Astrada didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Playadito AFC's goalkeeper Dalmacio Corderro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Dalmacio Corderro came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by Kadabra's Eriberto Fiz. But to his dismay, Eriberto Fiz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Eriberto Fiz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
