Teodoro Mouricio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Freddy Galeno having to make a save. Freddy Galeno took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edelmiro Milio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 17 minutes into the match, Paulino Fraco had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Freddy Galeno. Samfénix FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Paulino Fraco was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Carrisalito FC's Edgardo Larra shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 21st minute of play. The shot was stopped by Freddy Galeno but with some difficulty. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Paulino Fraco managed to get in a good position for a shot. Carrisalito FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Paulino Fraco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Freddy Galeno breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ruperto Silvino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Higinio Fidencio in the 34th minute of play. Paulino Fraco blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Freddy Galeno having to make a save. Carrisalito FC's attack was well implemented in the 39th minute, but when Paulino Fraco was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. 41 minutes into the game, Bernabe Loi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Samfénix FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Carrisalito FC the free kick. A collision led to Samfénix FC getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Bernabe Loi hit a great ball. Freddy Galeno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulino Fraco in the 45th minute of play. Paulino Fraco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Freddy Galeno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Delmar Mercurio kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulino Fraco in the 54th minute of play forced Samfénix FC's goalkeeper Freddy Galeno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carrisalito FC's Paulino Fraco got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bernabe Loi hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Edelmiro Milio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Freddy Galeno read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulino Fraco in the 69th minute of play forced Samfénix FC's goalkeeper Freddy Galeno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ruperto Silvino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Higinio Fidencio in the 71st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Carrisalito FC's Atilano Gorbea got a free kick in the 77th minute. In the 78th minute of the match Silverio Sedeni sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ruperto Silvino skillfully saved the ball. Paulino Fraco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
