After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Basilio Kaiet managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chalacea FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Basilio Kaiet was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Isaias Monte breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Chalacea FC's Luciano Peli got control of the ball when Silvano Jenaro tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 19th minute Roman Baumar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luciano Peli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chalacea FC's Luciano Peli proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Chalacea FC from getting a goal against them. In the 24th minute Basilio Kaiet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isaias Monte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 32 minutes into the match, Chalacea FC's goal looked a bit too open when Roman Baumar came free, but Luciano Peli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 34 minutes into the match, Chalacea FC's goalkeeper Luciano Peli had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Silvano Jenaro. In the 35th match minute, Chalacea FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alvaro Belarmo to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Atenas -cba-'s zone, Basilio Kaiet stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Isaias Monte came out of the goal and Basilio Kaiet tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lorenzo Felipillo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Silvano Jenaro during the 51st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. An unexpected shot in the 55th minute by Lorenzo Felipillo got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Chalacea FC's Basilio Kaiet was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 57th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Isaias Monte made an important save on a dangerous shot by Basilio Kaiet in the 64th minute. Luciano Peli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roman Baumar in the 69th minute of play. Luciano Peli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roman Baumar in the 73rd minute of the match. In the 74th minute, Romeo Porfiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lorenzo Felipillo might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Isaias Monte. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lorenzo Felipillo ran back to his position shaking his head. Roman Baumar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luciano Peli having to interfere. Benito Nerio kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. If Lorenzo Felipillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle sounded Chalacea FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Atenas -cba-.
