Spectators: 7049 (Terracing: 5424, Seating: 1575, VIP seats: 50) After 4 minutes, Abel Henric mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the INDEPENDIENTE F.C and the Espora players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to INDEPENDIENTE F.C getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Abel Henric hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in INDEPENDIENTE F.C's zone, Roman Raymond stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Moises Maju came out of the goal and Roman Raymond tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Roman Raymond in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Moises Maju saved INDEPENDIENTE F.C from getting behind. After 18 played minutes Espora got a freekick which was hit by Eustaquio Urritz. Marcial Abechuco's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mauro Gartzen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, INDEPENDIENTE F.C's Agustin Hustaz got a free kick in the 27th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Faustino Louis in the 28th minute of play forced INDEPENDIENTE F.C's goalkeeper Moises Maju to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Faustino Louis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Marcial Abechuco came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the INDEPENDIENTE F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcial Abechuco couldn't finish the play. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Faustino Louis to strike the kick off in the second half. Moises Maju showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Faustino Louis, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. 53 minutes into the game, Faustino Louis recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Moises Maju. Faustino Louis showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-1. After 58 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for INDEPENDIENTE F.C! If Alfredo Estevez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. INDEPENDIENTE F.C's Moises Maju proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save INDEPENDIENTE F.C from getting a goal against them. In the 67th minute, Faustino Louis fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Faustino Louis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arnaldo Emenon hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. After having played for 85 minutes, Ricardo Todor managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. INDEPENDIENTE F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ricardo Todor was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Moises Maju made an important save on a dangerous shot by Roman Raymond in the 88th minute. 90 minutes into the match, Faustino Louis dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Moises Maju, 0-3. Mauro Gartzen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcial Abechuco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
