The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 26 minutes into the game, Timoteo Rosario was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sportivo Chancarita's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gonzalez Catan the free kick. A collision led to Sportivo Chancarita getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Timoteo Rosario hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Leon Salamon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gonzalez Catan's supporters rose to their feet, but Leon Salamon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amadeo Pere breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rodrigo Bero might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Amadeo Pere. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rodrigo Bero ran back to his position shaking his head. After the first half Gonzalez Catan were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Amadeo Pere showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodrigo Bero in the 52nd minute of the match. With a little luck, Sportivo Chancarita's Amadeo Pere got control of the ball when Leon Salamon tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rodrigo Bero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 57th minute, Leon Salamon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Amadeo Pere made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodrigo Bero in the 61st minute of play. Gonzalez Catan's Leon Salamon got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rodrigo Bero did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-3 to the left of a surprised Amadeo Pere 68 minutes into the match. Leon Salamon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Amadeo Pere showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodrigo Bero, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Sportivo Chancarita's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Rodrigo Bero 75 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-4. If Leon Salamon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 80 minutes into the match, Sportivo Chancarita's goal looked a bit too open when Rodrigo Bero came free, but Amadeo Pere reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Amadeo Pere didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Gonzalez Catan's Rodrigo Bero shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-5 in the ordered_time% minute. Leon Salamon in the 87thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Amadeo Pere, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Gonzalez Catan's Rodrigo Bero got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Sportivo Chancarita's zone, Rodrigo Bero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amadeo Pere came out of the goal and Rodrigo Bero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
