In the 9thth minute of the game Dante Jon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but UNI's Blas Beturian was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 10th minute, Teofilo Castulo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Blas Beturian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teofilo Castulo, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Jonas Egoitz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aquiles Rufio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 20 played minutes Octavius Septimo got a freekick which was hit by Hugo Loiola. Teofilo Castulo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Blas Beturian having to interfere. Lisandro Gabrio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Jonas Egoitz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 33 minutes into the match, Octavius Septimo's goal looked a bit too open when Lisandro Gabrio came free, but Jonas Egoitz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Octavius Septimo's Jonas Egoitz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lisandro Gabrio in the 37th minute of play. If Teofilo Castulo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lisandro Gabrio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Jonas Egoitz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jonas Egoitz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lisandro Gabrio, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Teodoro Arixo during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Teodoro Arixo hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Teofilo Castulo in the 53rd minute of play forced UNI's goalkeeper Blas Beturian to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lisandro Gabrio scored 1-0 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonas Egoitz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 58 minutes into the match, UNI's goal looked a bit too open when Teofilo Castulo came free, but Blas Beturian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. UNI's defense didn't have a chance, in the 62nd minute, when Hugo Loiola scored to the left of an out of position Blas Beturian, making the score, 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in UNI's zone, Dante Jon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Blas Beturian came out of the goal and Dante Jon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 67 played minutes Octavius Septimo got a freekick which was hit by Hugo Loiola. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teofilo Castulo in the 70th minute of play forced UNI's goalkeeper Blas Beturian to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Israel Pes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonas Egoitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lisandro Gabrio in the 84th minute of play. Israel Pes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Jonas Egoitz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
