Fabiano's Geronimo Eguen got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Teodoro Baldovino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Romeo Tabor, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Isidro Maties's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 32ndth minute, Bernardino Urtsin skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Romeo Tabor made the kick off in the second half. Fabiano's players were relieved. 58 minutes into the game, Isidro Maties cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Bernardino Urtsin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 68 minutes into the match, Fabiano's Geronimo Eguen sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bernardino Urtsin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After having played for 74 minutes, Geronimo Eguen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fabiano's supporters crossed their fingers, but Geronimo Eguen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After having played for 80 minutes, Isidro Maties managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. When Fabiano's Bernardo Sengrat in the 92nd minute got a chance for a shot 92nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Maradona F.C.'s goalie prevented a goal. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Fabiano fully deserved thier win.
