Abel Gilen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Isidro Maties in the 3rd minute. 5 minutes into the match, Fabiano's Isidro Maties sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Abel Gilen narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind Savoi's goalkeeper Abel Gilen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Simon Etxatxu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gabriel Jaume kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. In the 14th minute, Fabiano's Isidro Maties dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. In the 18th match minute, Savoi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bartolo Misael to maneuver through the defense. Geronimo Eguen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Isidro Maties had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Isidro Maties received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Abel Gilen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 31st minute, Fermin Maidana hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fabiano's Isidro Maties was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 33rd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. After having played for 36 minutes, Geronimo Eguen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fabiano's supporters crossed their fingers, but Geronimo Eguen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Geronimo Eguen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Abel Gilen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Savoi's zone, Isidro Maties stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abel Gilen came out of the goal and Isidro Maties tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Fabiano's Nestor Balasi got a free kick in the 46th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Isidro Maties to make the kick off. Isidro Maties struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Abel Gilen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fabiano. Abel Gilen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Geronimo Eguen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Savoi's Abel Gilen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isidro Maties in the 58th minute of play. If Isidro Maties had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abel Gilen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Geronimo Eguen went, in the 62nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Abel Gilen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isidro Maties, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. When Bernardo Sengrat came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Fabiano fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bernardo Sengrat couldn't finish the play. If Isidro Maties had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abel Gilen came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Fabiano's Isidro Maties. But to his dismay, Isidro Maties quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. After 82 played minutes Savoi got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Jaume. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Isidro Maties managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fabiano's supporters rose to their feet, but Isidro Maties was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Abel Gilen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind Savoi's goalkeeper Abel Gilen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bernardo Sengrat in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Abel Gilen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 92 played minutes Fabiano got a freekick which was hit by Claudio Mundo. If Isidro Maties had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Geronimo Eguen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Fabiano had played much better football throughout.
