After a rather tough play, Pampita's Zacarias Balendin got a free kick in the 5th minute. Feliberto Pueblo might have been able to make a better finish in the 6th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alfonso Jakobe. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Feliberto Pueblo ran back to his position shaking his head. Alfonso Jakobe made an important save on a dangerous shot by Isidro Maties in the 7th minute. Bernardo Sengrat recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 15th match minute, Pampita was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Flavio Leheren to maneuver through the defense. In the 24th minute, Isidro Maties got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 27 minutes into the match, Fabiano's goal looked a bit too open when Gabriel Horado came free, but Teodoro Baldovino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Teodoro Baldovino came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Pampita's Gabriel Horado. But to his dismay, Gabriel Horado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 35th minute, Geronimo Eguen made a precise shot to the right of Alfonso Jakobe. Pampita's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Flavio Leheren struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Teodoro Baldovino didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pampita. In the 39th minute, Isidro Maties left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fabiano fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. 43 minutes into the match, Pampita's goalkeeper Alfonso Jakobe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Isidro Maties. Feliberto Pueblo kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Isidro Maties to strike the kick off in the second half. If Geronimo Eguen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Teodoro Baldovino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hilario Vasco in the 54th minute of the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 60th minute of the game. One of Pampita:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Fabiano:s goal. Aristides Felipo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Alfonso Jakobe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Geronimo Eguen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee felt a red card was in order, 79 minutes into the game, when Nestor Balasi put in a rough tackle. 78 minutes into the game, one of Fabiano:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Isidro Maties received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Alfonso Jakobe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Bernardo Sengrat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isidro Maties in the 90th minute of play forced Pampita's goalkeeper Alfonso Jakobe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fabiano's Bernardo Sengrat got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fabiano's Isidro Maties got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fabiano's Teodoro Baldovino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Froilan Dolcet in the 97th minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Pampita players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Fabiano.
