Cleto Toli's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Anier Valentine firmly grabbed it by the left post. Anier Valentine made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Cleto Toli sent off a good shot on target. Ovidio Herauso blasted a shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Filiberto Dalmai having to make a save. Filiberto Dalmai made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Oihenarte in the 13th minute of play. If Cleto Toli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cleto Toli got free with Anier Valentine in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Filiberto Dalmai took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ovidio Herauso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ceballos's Ovidio Herauso got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 30 minutes into the game, Ovidio Herauso cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Filiberto Dalmai was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Leonardo Illan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 39 minutes into the match, Catenaccio's goal looked a bit too open when Leonardo Illan came free, but Filiberto Dalmai reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Catenaccio defense, Leonardo Illan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Filiberto Dalmai. The Catenaccio fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Filiberto Dalmai should have stopped the shot. Ovidio Herauso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Ovidio Herauso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Filiberto Dalmai tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Ceballos's zone, Cleto Toli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anier Valentine came out of the goal and Cleto Toli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Leonardo Illan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Filiberto Dalmai tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cristian Oihenarte sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anier Valentine showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nereo Weather in the 65th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ovidio Herauso in the 69th minute of play forced Catenaccio's goalkeeper Filiberto Dalmai to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Virgilio Ferman during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 72 minutes into the match, Ceballos's Adan Reno broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Patricio Vigil hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Anier Valentine showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cleto Toli, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. The Catenaccio fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ceballos were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
