Spectators: 7275 (Terracing: 5458, Seating: 1673, VIP seats: 144) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Elias Abad kicked off to start the match. Calamardo's Oséas Chaves got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Elias Abad in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Camilo Tartalo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Camilo Tartalo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lino Txanton in the 8th minute of play. Sporting Clud's Camilo Tartalo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elias Abad in the 9th minute of play. After 11 minutes, Elias Abad made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Sporting Clud's Camilo Tartalo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Sporting Clud's zone, Elias Abad stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Camilo Tartalo came out of the goal and Elias Abad tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 24 minutes, Desiderio Eyague mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sporting Clud and the Calamardo players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Calamardo booed when Sporting Clud was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Desiderio Eyague didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anier Frichoso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Elias Abad scored 0-3 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Camilo Tartalo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Calamardo fans' excitement grew in the 36th match minute when Calamardo's Elias Abad looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Elias Abad managed to get in a good position for a shot. Calamardo's supporters rose to their feet, but Elias Abad was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Camilo Tartalo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 42nd minute, Oséas Chaves got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ladislao Gaxan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marcelino Eron to strike the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Elias Abad in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Camilo Tartalo saved Sporting Clud from getting behind. 53 minutes into the game, Elias Abad recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Camilo Tartalo. Elias Abad showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5. If Anier Frichoso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Elias Abad had several of the Sporting Clud's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 56 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-6 score and a disappointed Camilo Tartalo as he didn't even see the shot coming. Elias Abad fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Camilo Tartalo having to interfere. In the 62nd minute, Oséas Chaves got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 64 played minutes, Calamardo's Javier Celino shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Camilo Tartalo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Calamardo reached it. In the 65th minute, Diego Avellaneda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Elias Abad's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 67thth minute, Camilo Tartalo skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. If Ladislao Gaxan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Camilo Tartalo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elias Abad in the 70th minute of play. Oséas Chaves recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Elias Abad struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Camilo Tartalo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Calamardo. Oséas Chaves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Camilo Tartalo having to interfere. 78 minutes in the game, Elias Abad dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Camilo Tartalo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Elias Abad's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. Ladislao Gaxan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Camilo Tartalo made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Elias Abad managed to get in a good position for a shot. Calamardo's supporters rose to their feet, but Elias Abad was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Camilo Tartalo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match was over Calamardo could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Sporting Clud throughout the match.
