Jorge Peruxu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hilario Mantzio having to interfere. Mariano Pacho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hilario Mantzio having to make a save. In the 12th minute, Arnaldo Gonsalvo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Arnaldo Gonsalvo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Guido Beltza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 22 minutes, Jorge Peruxu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Warriors FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jorge Peruxu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 27th minute, Warriors FC's Mariano Pacho ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Hilario Mantzio. Hilario Mantzio yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 30th minute, Santo Manuelo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Guido Beltza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnaldo Gonsalvo, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. If Mariano Pacho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 38 minutes into the match, Cienaguilla's goal looked a bit too open when Mariano Pacho came free, but Hilario Mantzio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Cienaguilla booed when Warriors FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gaudencio Oxel didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience held their breath when Santiago Marz in the 46th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Guido Beltza's left hand side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mariano Pacho made a kick off. Jorge Peruxu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hilario Mantzio having to interfere. If Arnaldo Gonsalvo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Norberto Artaldo in the 68th minute of play forced Warriors FC's goalkeeper Guido Beltza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Norberto Artaldo's late challenge caught a Warriors FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Norberto Artaldo helped the player get up and apologised. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mariano Pacho in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hilario Mantzio saved Cienaguilla from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 73 minutes, Norberto Artaldo took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Guido Beltza to make any attempt to save it. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Norberto Artaldo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cienaguilla's supporters rose to their feet, but Norberto Artaldo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Guido Beltza breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hilario Mantzio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jorge Peruxu in the 86th minute of the match. Cienaguilla's Hilario Mantzio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorge Peruxu in the 88th minute of play. 90 minutes into the match, Cienaguilla's goal looked a bit too open when Mariano Pacho came free, but Hilario Mantzio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 90 minutes, Bruno Ranolfo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cienaguilla and the Warriors FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. 94 minutes into the match, Warriors FC's goalkeeper Guido Beltza had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arnaldo Gonsalvo. Santo Manuelo charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Santo Manuelo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Santo Manuelo hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Norberto Artaldo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
