With a left leg Benedicto Illan saved Hinojo FC from getting behind. After 5 played minutes Hinojo FC got a freekick which was hit by Antonio Lizbeth. After some careless play in the Hinojo FC defense, Leandro Mikeldi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benedicto Illan. The Hinojo FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benedicto Illan should have stopped the shot. If Leandro Mikeldi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience was convinced that Leandro Mikeldi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Benedicto Illan was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Hinojo FC's Basilio Erramun got a free kick in the 20th minute. Benedicto Illan came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Boca juniors's Leandro Mikeldi. But to his dismay, Leandro Mikeldi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. When Boca juniors's Leandro Mikeldi in the 31st minute got a chance for a shot 31st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hinojo FC's goalie prevented a goal. If Mariano Ilixo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match clock showed 39 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Leandro Mikeldi sped through Hinojo FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Benedicto Illan. 46 minutes into the game, one of Hinojo FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty.

Melquiades Batista recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Antonio Bilbo kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Leandro Mikeldi struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Benedicto Illan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Boca juniors. Ulises Vidal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Benedicto Illan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leandro Mikeldi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 63rd minute, Melquiades Batista ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Amador Etor was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. In the 67th minute Benicio Romero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benedicto Illan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 69th minute, Ulises Vidal left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Boca juniors fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-5. After 79 played minutes Hinojo FC got a freekick which was hit by Sergio Cebrian. After having played for 80 minutes, Ruperto Miliano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Boca juniors's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ruperto Miliano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Leandro Mikeldi's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 82ndth minute, Benedicto Illan skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Leandro Mikeldi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Boca juniors's supporters rose to their feet, but Leandro Mikeldi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benedicto Illan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Leandro Mikeldi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Hinojo FC's zone, Hipolito Llin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benedicto Illan came out of the goal and Hipolito Llin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Benicio Romero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 91st minute, Leandro Mikeldi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Leandro Mikeldi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 97th minute of the match Evaristo Tauro sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Benedicto Illan skillfully saved the ball. Boca juniors played a much better game than Hinojo FC and deserved their victory. The Hinojo FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
