With an all-out effort, hipo's Vinicio Belarmo threw himself towards the right post 21 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Justino Donio, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Justino Donio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amancio Gombal in the 30th minute of play forced hipo's goalkeeper Romeo Tristan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 38th minute, Amancio Gombal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 45 minutes, Amancio Gombal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La32's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amancio Gombal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Romeo Tristan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gavino Neron, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Justino Donio made a kick off. La32's Amancio Gombal got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 54 minutes in the game, Gavino Neron fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Romeo Tristan having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Amancio Gombal in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Romeo Tristan saved hipo from getting behind. In the 57th minute Gavino Neron shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romeo Tristan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Amancio Gombal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. La32's Vinicio Belarmo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Justino Donio in the 60th minute of play. Justino Donio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vinicio Belarmo having to interfere. 68 minutes into the game, Gavino Neron recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Romeo Tristan. Gavino Neron showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-1. Justino Donio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Vinicio Belarmo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vladimiro Ceandro hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Romeo Tristan came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by La32's Amancio Gombal. But to his dismay, Amancio Gombal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 82 minutes into the match, La32's Gavino Neron sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Romeo Tristan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After having played for 83 minutes, Eriberto Abechuco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La32's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eriberto Abechuco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Romeo Tristan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gavino Neron, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute.
