In the 15th minute, Deportivo Patagones CADP's Santo Filipo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Haroldo Sugoi hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. 22 minutes had been played when some careless play by La Tripa Loca F.C's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ciro Ugutz was slow to take the kick. During this time Deportivo Patagones CADP's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Deportivo Patagones CADP's Ciro Ugutz to fire away a dangerous shot which Jaime Bazil despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When Segundo Mercurio came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the La Tripa Loca F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Segundo Mercurio couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Teofilo Arnas in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Elpidio Remicio saved Deportivo Patagones CADP from getting behind. A collision led to Deportivo Patagones CADP getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Cirilo Vergaray hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cirilo Vergaray in the 38th minute of play forced La Tripa Loca F.C's goalkeeper Jaime Bazil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. La Tripa Loca F.C's Teofilo Arnas got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

In the 74th minute, Laureano Calvet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Zacarias Tibalt managed to get in a good position for a shot. Deportivo Patagones CADP's supporters rose to their feet, but Zacarias Tibalt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jaime Bazil breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the La Tripa Loca F.C defense, Cirilo Vergaray kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jaime Bazil. The La Tripa Loca F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jaime Bazil should have stopped the shot. Elpidio Remicio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teofilo Arnas in the 88th minute of the match. Segundo Mercurio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Elpidio Remicio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Deportivo Patagones CADP's Elpidio Remicio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save Deportivo Patagones CADP from getting a goal against them. When the referee blew the final whistle, Deportivo Patagones CADP could leave the field as winners, despite La Tripa Loca F.C having more of the ball for most of the match.
