Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Elias Dino kicked off to start the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elias Dino in the 3rd minute of play forced MAR-RA's goalkeeper Orlando Macias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Elias Dino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 8th minute, Urbano Haimar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Orlando Macias was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Virgilio Chale showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 10 minute of play. Virgilio Chale sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hermengildo Hitz took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 18th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Orlando Macias. MAR-RA's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Virgilio Chale fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Orlando Macias having to interfere. Libertad FC's Virgilio Chale got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Elias Dino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 28th minute, Libertad FC's Urbano Haimar dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. A collision led to Libertad FC getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Enrique Millano hit a great ball. Armando Feo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sixto Ignazio, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. In the 41st minute of the match Hermengildo Hitz shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Orlando Macias showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Elias Dino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Orlando Macias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Sixto Ignazio struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Armando Feo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MAR-RA. In the 54th minute of the match Hermengildo Hitz shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Orlando Macias showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Astor Belmiro got free with Armando Feo in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Elias Dino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Orlando Macias breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Carmelo Baladi during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Libertad FC's Carmelo Baladi got a free kick in the 81st minute. After 86 played minutes MAR-RA got a freekick which was hit by Ubaldo Etxepare. Enrique Millano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Conrado Menendo's late challenge caught a Libertad FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Conrado Menendo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 93rd match minute, MAR-RA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Conrado Menendo to maneuver through the defense. Libertad FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
