But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aristides Bazil couldn't finish the play. Abel Salvatore's late challenge caught a Zoso.F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Abel Salvatore helped the player get up and apologised. After 95 played minutes Christophersen got a freekick which was hit by Abel Salvatore. Arsenio Bilbo was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 96th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Christophersen's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
